Job description:
Maana Electric’s is looking to fill the role of Executive Assistant. The main tasks for this position include:
Assist mainly the Founders in administrative tasks, and act as a personal assistant.
Provide administrative support for the whole staff.
Handle phone and email responses and greet visitors.
Collect and distribute postal mail.
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist in organizing meetings and events.
Assist in organizing travel arrangements.
Schedule appointments and assist in maintaining calendars.
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, and other correspondence.
Perform a variety of other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Flexible and willing to help with a wide variety of administrative tasks.
Structured and able to self-manage.
Able to understand the needs of the team and ensure needs are met.
Attention to detail.
Able to perform a variety of tasks and willing to learn new tasks quickly.
Able to be responsible and hold a high level of confidentiality.
Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Excellent written and oral communication in English and French. Dutch, German, or Luxembourgish is considered a plus.
Strong work ethic and passion to set and meet high-performance standards.
Able to set priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred:
Degree in administration or equivalent.
Familiar with startup and/or fast-paced environments.
EU nationality or work permit for Luxembourg.
